About the Role: Our client is a well-established not-for-profit organisation delivering new social and affordable housing, while also managing property assets across multiple Victorian locations. They are seeking a Senior Development Manager / Project Manager to take the lead on end-to-end project delivery from feasibility and funding approvals through to construction, stakeholder engagement, and handover. This includes both new builds and major upgrades of existing assets, as well as overseeing acquisitions and disposals. You’ll play a key role in creating housing that makes a real difference in people’s lives, while managing significant projects with commercial, social, and compliance objectives.
